3.1 Products that fall under the following categories are not eligible for return or exchange:

a. Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase on the Website.

b. Digital products

c. Leather or fabric products damaged by water exposure as well

d. water bottles that have been damaged through the use of a dishwasher.

e. Jewelry that has been exposed to corrosive materials including saltwater.

5. Refund or Replacement

5.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
